IFES Azerbaijan Chief of Party:â€ We have sent invitation to several parties to attend the debates on the composition of election commissionsâ€

Opposition parties boycotted to the organization of the debates by International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES) and invitation of all political parties to this meeting. Mr. Blenssington stressed that he is aware of several partiesâ€™ making such decision.
â€œVenice Commission and Central Election Commission organized the debates which were held past two days. IFES organized the debates which will be held tomorrow and it is interested in the participation of all parties here. People express their opinion and say issues that they do not agree with in these debates. I believe that several issues were made clear at the result of debates,â€ he said.
