Azerbaijanis hold rally outside Merkel's constituency office

Baku â€“ APA. Berlin Azerbaijan House, Bielefeld NRW German-Azerbaijani Culture Society, Coordination Center of Azerbaijanis in Germany and Azerbaijan Student Network held a joint protest rally in Berlin on June 7.

More than 200 Azerbaijanis took part in the rally organized outside German Chancellor Angela Merkel's constituency office.

The protesters chanted various slogans such as "World Azerbaijanis supports you, Mr. President!", "Armenia, keep your hands off Karabakh!", "UN resolutions must be implemented", "Metsamor is a threat to the region!", etc.

The rally participants demanded a fair settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and end to the aggressive policy of Armenia, urging Germany to demonstrate a fair position on the conflictâ€™s settlement.
