Georgian patriarchy makes special statement on situation in the country

Tbilisi. Nizami Mammadzadeh â€“ APA. Georgian patriarchy made a special statement on the situation in the country, APAâ€™s Georgia bureau reports. The statement touches on the recent happenings in the country and says that the representatives of government and opposition should come together and take wise steps to prevent tense situation. Georgian patriarchy called on both sides to dialogue in order to keep stability, peace and evade from serious results of the happenings. Outstanding Georgian literature, culture and art figures addressed the people and asked Ilya II to influence the ongoing processes in the country.
