Criminal case is likely to be launched against Tymoshenko-<font color=red>PHOTOSESSION</font>

An official from the SBU state security service said they had seized documents relating to the transfer of gas worth $2.6bn (€2bn, £1.8bn) destined for Eastern Europe that has allegedly been diverted illegally into storage by Naftogaz. British Financial Times newspaper reports quoting an official from SBU state security service, APA report.
Source from Presidency Secretariat told Ukrainian Segodnya newspaper that the operations carried out in Naftogaz aimed to prevent illegal actions of Prime Minister.
“Nobody will give her gas. Let her not to hope for it. The first purpose is gas security and second one is seizing gas contracts signed with Russia. The documents will be examined. We will consider the issue after it”, said in a source.
The newspaper “Segodnya” reports that as a result of it, a criminal case can be launched against Tymoshenko and she can be dismissed according to decisions of the President or National Security and Demesne Council. Sources from around of Prime Minister said that operations carried out against Naftogaz are a revenge of the President for dismissal of Foreign Minister.
