Zurab Nogaideli says Saakashvili and his â€œkitchen cabinetâ€ misappropriated more than 2 billion dollars

He accused President Mikhail Saakashvili and his â€œkitchen cabinetâ€ in misappropriation of more than 2 billion dollars allocated from the budget for defense expenditures. â€œI didnâ€™t believe in rumors in 2007 that Saakashvili and Merabishviliâ€™s participated in spending of large resources allocated for arms deals. I wouldnâ€™t believe it if I saw even proving documents. Once my friend talked about it and I wanted to throw him from the tenth floor. Because I thought that territorial integrity and national army are holy things for Saakashvili. But now I see that Saakashvili and his allied people stole 2 billion and several hundreds millions dollars we allocated for arms deals. When we need in arms we see that there are no arms and what we have are unfit for use. It is betrayal of Motherlandâ€.
