In European stock markets, FTSE 100 index went down 0.51% to 6,876.47 points, French CAC-40 shed 0.55% to 4,937.20, Germany’s DAX grew 0.27% to 11,582.11.
In Asian stock markets, Nikkei 225 index decreased by 0.79% to 18,641.62 points, Hang Seng went down 0.50% to 24,001.32, Shanghai rose 0.13% to 3,297.99.
At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price fell $5.80 to $1,160.70 an ounce, and silver price dropped $0.08 to $15.70.
