Most stocks in world market rise, gold and silver go down

Baku. Yegane Lachinzade – APA-Economics. The U.S. Dow Jones stock index has risen by 0.03% to close at 17,678.70 points, S&P 500 increased 0.26% at 2,057.09 points and NASDAQ went up 0.29% at 4,771.76 points.

In European stock markets, FTSE 100 index surged 0.29% to 6,852.40 points. French CAC-40 rose 0.74% to 4,675.13, Germany’s DAX soared 1.40% to 10,798.33.

In Asian stock markets, Nikkei 225 index has grew 1.58% to close at 17,744 points, Hang Seng decreased 0.80% at 24,709.73, while Shanghai grew 1.88% at 3,319.667.

At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price descended $1.60 and stood at $1,227.80 an ounce, and silver shed $0.10 to $17.89.
