Most stocks in world market rise

Baku. Yegane Lachinzade – APA-Economics. The U.S. Dow Jones stock index increased 1.27% to 17,076.19, S&P 500 rose 1.22% to 2,099.50 points, while the NASDAQ grew 0.92% to 4,982.83 points.

In European stock markets, FTSE 100 index went up 1.57% to 6,945.20 points, French CAC-40 soared 0.09% to 5,033.42, while Germany’s DAX fell 0.48% to 11,922.77.

In Asian stock markets, Nikkei 225 index slipped 0.35% to 19,476.75 points, Hang Seng increased 1.31% to 24,435.98, Shanghai advanced 0.44% to 3,593.19.

At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price climbed $19.20 to $1,170.50 an ounce, and silver price shed $0.42 to $15.96.
