In European stock markets, FTSE 100 index went down 0.04% to 6,912.16 points, French CAC-40 soared 0.65% to 4,862.30, Germany’s DAX grew 0.73% to 11,130.92.
In Asian stock markets, Nikkei 225 index increased by 0.57% to close at 17,571.44 points, Hang Seng went down 0.57% to 24,694.03, Shanghai rose 0.76% at 3,246.91.
At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price raised $2.30 to $1,203.10 an ounce, and silver price rose $0.10 to $16.40.
