Most stocks in world market fall

Baku. Yegane Lachinzade – APA-Economics. The U.S. Dow Jones stock index has fallen by 1.06% to close at 17,427 points, while S&P 500 slipped 0.58% at 2,011.27 points and NASDAQ slid 0.48% at 4,639.32 points.

In European stock markets, FTSE 100 index dropped 2.35% to 6,388.46 points. French CAC-40 shed 1.56% to 4,223.24, Germany’s DAX descended 1.25% to 9,817.08.

In Asian stock markets, Nikkei 225 index has risen 1.29% to close at 17,013 points, Hang Seng increased 0.12% to 24,142.18, while Shanghai grew 0.95% at 3,252.91.

At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price declined $3.00 and stood at $1,231.50 an ounce, and silver tumbled $0.14 to $16.84.
