Gold prices declines about $5

Baku. Yegane Lachinzade - APA-Economics. The U.S. Dow Jones stock index went up by 0,24% to 18,096.27, S&P 500 ascended by 0.08% to 2,102.40 points, and the NASDAQ fell by 0,16% to close at 4,948,13 points.

In European markets, FTSE 100 index raised by 0.08% to 6,410.26 points, Germany’s DAX grew by 0.69% to close at 10,421.29, and French CAC-40 rose by 0.56% to 4,591.92.

At the latest COMEX auctions, gold prices went down by $4.80 to $1,249.60 an ounce, and silver price rose by $0.16 to $17.30.
