Baku. Yegane Lachinzade – APA-Economics. The U.S. Dow Jones stock index went up by 0.94 % to 17,721.25 points, S&P 500 surged by 0.97% to 2,061.72 points and the NASDAQ increased by 0.80% to 4,872.09 points.
In European stock markets, FTSE 100 index ascended by 0.68% to 6,242.39 points, French CAC-40 increased by 0.77% to 4,345.91 and Germany’s DAX went up by 0.81% to 9,761.47.
At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price descended by $7.10 to $1,253.80 an ounce, and silver price declined by $0.12 to $16.11.
