Baku. Agshin Rafiqoglu – APA-Economics. In January-May 2015, Azerbaijan transported 13,896,064,860 tonnes of crude oil, down 3.12% compared to the same period in 2014.
The State Statistics Committee told APA-Economics that 11,024,378,540 tonnes of the transportation was carried out via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil export pipelines, down 6.82% compared to a year earlier.
Supsa pipeline transported 1,833,072,300 tonnes (+7.6%), Novorossiysk pipeline – 594,071,000 tonnes (+40.1%).
Crude oil transportation via railway transport rose 16.87% to 417,543,020 tonnes.
