APA reports that First Vice-Speaker of the Parliament Ziyafat Asgarov read the text of the draft decision. According to the decision, the Standing Commission of Milli Majlis on Security and Defense Issues considered the issue basing on the President’s appeal dated February 28 and the draft decision was recommended for the consideration of the Parliament.
Following this, the draft decision was put to the vote and approved.
