Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. 28 deals were closed at 36 trading sessions held at currency department of Baku Interbank Currency Exchange (BICEX) in January. As a whole, 9 bank organizations have taken part in these operations.
BICEX said that, the volume of operations on currency made AZN 64.820 mln, down 3.1 times or AZN 136.786 mln from previous month, up 3.1% or AZN 2.024 mln in comparison to a year ago.
The average daily turnover on BEST (Bourse E-system of Trades) reached to $ 4.583 mln, while average volume of per deal was $ 2.946 mln.
