Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan State Committee on Securities registered the mobile phone operator Bakcell’s offering memorandum of unsecured name uncertified bonds with interests rate.
Nominal price of a bond is AZN 1000. 40 000 bonds with total emission of AZN 40 mln are issued, the State Committee told APA-Economics.
According to the share analysts, Bakcell will start flotation of new emission soon using method of private placement.
Bakcell has been operating since 1994.
