Groups and units of Azerbaijani Armed Forces hold joint tactical exercise in Nakhchivan

The small arms, optical and night vision devices used in the units of the Border Troops, the arms modernized in the military industrial facilities of Azerbaijan and Kornet anti-armor missile were demonstrated at the event.

Chairman of Nakhchivan Supreme Assembly Vasif Talibov concerned himself with the battle readiness of the personnel of the special force.

The vehicles and special means of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic were demonstrated at the event.

Chairman of the Supreme Assembly familiarized with the mutual communication plan between the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the military units of Nakhchivan Garrison, viewed the multi-purpose vehicles and devices.

Combat capability of the artillery group of the army corps was demonstrated during the exercise.

The battle capability of the modern vehicles at the disposal of the Interior Troops was demonstrated, various weapons were fired, simulated targets were destroyed.

Information was given about the tactical, technical features of the warlike and special equipment that exist in arming groups and military units of Azerbaijani Armed Forces in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Special forces and reconnaissance parties have been supplied with the modern laser, optical day and night vision devices, silent weapons enabling to shoot at remote distances accurately, individual means of communication establishing contacts in the mountainous areas, uniforms worn in various climate conditions.

It was followed by the main stage of the battle shooting tactical exercise held together with the motorized rifle brigade.

Bailing of the airborne raider of the special forces demonstrated their professionalism. The personnel of the artillery units accurately shot at the targets. The personnel of the infantry combat vehicle coped with the tasks successfully.
All the tasks were implemented successfully. The exercise ended as the trooper jumped with the Azerbaijani flag parachute.
