Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in one of the television programs, said he was assassinated 4-5 years ago, APA reports.
"I was given a heavy dose of arsenic and mercury. I don't know where it was. Later, it was revealed as a result of the analysis. That's why I received treatment for a while," he said.
When asked who carried out the assassination attempt on him, he replied: "Let's not go into those details. These are issues that happen outside. There are no enemies only inside, there are enemies everywhere."
