"Intelligence played a major role in neutralizing key Iranian military bases and several high-ranking generals," Head of the Intelligence Directorate, Major General Shlomi Binder, said during a speech at a military base, APA reports citing the Israeli Defense Forces’ Telegram channel.
He also touched upon the situation in the Middle East and the issue of hostages, stating that this problem has not been overlooked
“Remember, we are not operating on a single front. Alongside Iran, we are closely monitoring the situation of hostages in Gaza and our soldiers on the front lines,” Binder said. “You have been assigned the critical mission of warning our citizens about rocket attacks in time, so they can evacuate safely and save their lives. As for you, there is only one direction: forward.”
Binder also stressed to his personnel that retreat is not an option.
