Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian shared on his social media account about his meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, APA reports.
Pezeshkian emphasized the importance of maintaining friendly relations between the two countries in his post.
“In the meeting with the Prime Minister of Armenia, I stated that the position of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran is to protect Armenia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as to maintain sincere relations between the two countries. Our concerns regarding the presence of third-party forces near the common borders must be completely eliminated,” the Iranian President noted.
