Iranian Defense Minister Amir Nasirzadeh held a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Andrei Belousov, according to a statement by the Iranian Defense Ministry, APA reports.
"Amir Nasirzade thanked Russia for its support and stated that Iran is fighting not only against Israel, but also against the United States, as well as all supporters of Israel," the Tasnim agency quotes the text of the statement .
"Our decision is to punish the aggressor by all means, and we will not accept an imposed peace," the Iranian defense minister added.
