During the telephone conversation, the parties discussed the latest developments in the region and exchanged views on the current situation.
Mirzoyan, expressing his country's position, stressed the importance of preventing the escalation of tensions in the South Caucasus and effectively managing risks.
The minister said that they continue to maintain close contact with their Iranian counterpart on various issues, including issues related to the International Atomic Energy Agency.
