Israel's strikes on the Gaza side of the Rafah border crossing, the only crossing between the strip and Egypt in the Sinai Peninsula, have rendered the delivery of humanitarian aid to the 2.3 million residents in Gaza impossible, APA reports citing ahram online.

830 Palestinians, including 140 children and 105 women, were killed by Israeli bombings by Monday evening, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry spokesperson.

The bombings left 4250 injured, according to the Palestinian health ministry as reported by Sky News Arabia.

Moreover, Israeli bombardments destroyed hundreds of housing units and demolished whole neighbourhoods, leaving tens of thousands of Palestinians homeless.
