Another group of foreign nationals has been evacuated through the Astara State Border Checkpoint, APA’s southern bureau reports.
The evacuation took place this afternoon. The group, consisting of 10 people, mainly included citizens of Tajikistan.
It should be noted that a number of foreign states have appealed to the Azerbaijani government for assistance in evacuating their citizens from Iran.
In line with humanitarian principles, the Azerbaijani government has created all necessary conditions to ensure their safe transit through the country’s territory.
