Israel allowed 150 trucks loaded with humanitarian goods in Gaza Strip within past three days

Gaza – APA. About 150 trucks loaded with medical supplies, food products and other humanitarian goods have passed through the Kerem Shalom crossing into Gaza within the past three days, press service of Israeli embassy told APA.
“We are not at war with the Palestinian people, but with the Hamas terrorists, and therefore we are bringing in the goods for the Palestinian people," said IDF Major Peter Lerner, Defense Ministry Coordinator for Government Activities in the Territories.
Peter Lerner said three humanitarian aid agencies UNWRA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency), WFP (World Food Programme) and the ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross), as well as Egypt and Jordan were sending goods into the Gaza Strip.
“All three agencies were notified Saturday evening that they would be allowed to send as many truckloads of supplies into the region as they could muster.
"We didn’t place any limit on the number of trucks," Lerner said.â€
