Explosion rocks W. Afghanistan, killing 1

Baku-APA. An Afghan civilian was killed and four others sustained injuries as an explosive device went off in Afghanistan’s western province of Herat on Tuesday, deputy to provincial police chief said, APA reports quoting Xinhua News Agency.
"The blast took place in Jibrahil area, west of the provincial capital Herat city, at around 5:30 p.m. local time. As a result a man was killed and four others sustained injures," Dilawar Shah Dilawar, the police official, told Xinhua.
He said all the victims were members of the same family, adding, "Two wounded people were in critical condition."
No group or individual has claimed the responsibility for the incident so far.
Herat province has been seeing increase of violence recently.
