United States Justice Department released Friday a document explaining the rationale for an FBI search of Former President Donald Trump's Florida residence earlier this month, where agents removed top-secret government records and other classified documents, APA reports citing Teletrader.
However, according to the document, "the government has carefully reviewed the affidavit and has identified five categories of information that must remain under seal in order to protect the safety of multiple civilian witnesses whose information was included throughout the affidavit and contributed to the finding of probable cause, as well as the integrity of the ongoing investigation."
Although the document has been redacted, it may provide details of the alleged crimes that led the FBI to Donald Trump's Florida residence earlier this month.
