US President Donald Trump stated that he had a good and very productive phone conversation with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin. He posted a corresponding message on Truth Social, APA reports.
"I just had a good and very productive phone call with Russian President [Vladimir] Putin," the American leader wrote. According to Trump, the conversation took place before his meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy scheduled for December 28 at 1:00 PM (9:00 PM Moscow time).
He added that the meeting with Zelenskyy will take place in the presence of the press in the main dining room of his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida.
