Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov will receive citizens at Oguz Olympic Sports Complex's administrative building in the city of Oghuz on December 22 at 11.00AM.
The residents of Oghuz, Shaki, Gakh, Zagatala, Balakan districts, as well as IDPs residing in those districts, may attend the meeting, the Ministry of Emergency Situations told APA.
Applications which only address matters in the authority of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will be looked into.
Registration of citizens coming to the meeting will begin at 09.00AM on Dec. 21 at the administrative building of Oghuz Olympic Sports Complex.
Visitors must present an identity document.
