In recent days, 44 foreign nationals have been deported from Georgia, APA's local bureau reports, citing the Migration Department of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
These individuals are citizens of Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Iran, Jordan, Pakistan, China, Russia, Armenia, Nigeria, Turkmenistan, Ghana, Iraq, Yemen, Egypt, and Lebanon. In accordance with local legislation, foreigners expelled from Georgia are prohibited from entering the country.
The information noted that the number of foreign citizens deported from Georgia over the past month has reached 152.
