“During the past 1.5 years, the health was a subject that all world countries spoke and interested,” said British Ambassador to Azerbaijan James Sharp at a handover ceremony of mobile clinics in Shamakhi as part of the PROACT-Care project, APA reports.
The ambassador noted that each country has fought against COVID in its own way: “As Great Britain, we carried out the global summit of the 7 big countries of the world recently. The main target of this summit was to determine the help that countries will provide in order to prevent the pandemic in the world. One of the main goals of the summit is to provide help to the faster and rapid distribution of vaccines in the world. The agreed figure in the summit was that 2 bln. vaccines will be distributed to world countries.”
