This is reflected in the proposed amendments to the Labor Code discussed today at the meeting of the Milli Majlis Regional Affairs Committee.
According to the draft, remote (distant) work is the performance of a work function outside the enterprise or the workplace created by an individual employer (or at another suitable location for performing the work/providing the services) using means that allow the execution of work functions remotely (electronic, software-technical, telecommunication tools, etc.).
