This was caused by the cheaper purchase of flour from the local mills. Although the decrease hasn’t influenced the bread’s price, its weight increased by 40-50g.
Beef price also decreased by AZN 0.50 to AZN 7.50 in the region, while it was AZN 8. This was caused by lower purchasing power and majority of animals for cutting. Sometimes it is sold for AZN 7. The butchers said earlier they were selling 80-100 kg meat a day, but now this figure decreased to 30-40 kg.
Recently, the vegetable oil prices reduced AZN 0.20.
