Alipasha Zeynalov announced the causes of exclusion of these students from the program.
“They refused to study at the higher schools, which they had been admitted to, or were excluded, because they failed to study. Therefore, we excluded them from the program. Totally, 29 people have been excluded from the program. This is not a big figure, taking into account that 1204 have been sent to study abroad through the state program up to now,†he said.
