He said the number of sturgeons had reduced by approximately ten times in the past ten years. The agreement banning the hunting of sturgeons in the Caspian Sea can be signed within a month.
“Azerbaijan has given proposals on all the details of the agreement. The other littoral states will express their views and a common understanding will be reached. After that the working group will work on some details,†he said.
