According to him, the Earth is rotating around relevant point. It is called precession in the science. “If the Earth’s axis shift is taken place naturally, that is better. The Earth has been moving around relevant point for the thousand years. It shifts its axis at 1-2 sm every year”.

Guliyev said that the Earth’s axis shift impacts to the shortening of the day. But this impact is very insignificant: “This impact is to one thousandth of a second. The day isn’t standard. This is a very little quantity on the back of general shift”.
