Over 2 000 Azerbaijani students study in Ukraine

To him, tuition fee is low in Ukraine, that is why Azerbaijani students show great interest in education in this country. That is, annual tuition fee for foreign students is $1.5-3.5 thousand, whereas minimal annual tuition fee in Europe, for example in Bulgaria is $6.5 thousand. Moreover, the diplomas of Ukrainian universities are recognized in Azerbaijan, in the whole CIS and EU countries, because Ukraine joined Bologna process in 2005.

Novruzov noted that Azerbaijani students who know Russian and English languages pass the interview successfully, they are received for the 1st academic year. Moreover, it is possible to subscribe for preparation courses. The center gives a chance to study on bachelor, master, postgraduate and etc degrees.

Delivering speech at the event deputy director of the International Education Center Natalia Tuzova said that at present, in general, over 50 000 foreign students study in 200 educational institutions located in Ukraine.

Spokesman for Ukrainian embassy in Azerbaijan Yuri Lupey said that after Russia and Turkey, Ukraine was in the third place among the foreign countries where Azerbaijani students study. And number of the students increases year-by-year.
