Ambassador of Japan to Azerbaijan visits Zagatala

Zagatala. Vugar Heydarov – APA. Ambassador of Japan to Azerbaijan Shusuke Watanabe visited Zagatala region, Zagatala executive power told APA’s Shaki-Zagatal bureau. First Ambassador and the delegation accompanying him familiarized themselves with the region. Ambassador attended the signing ceremony of the Grant Contract for the implementation of the Project for Improvement of Waste Management System in Zagatala Region within the Framework of “Grassroots and Human Security Grant Assistance Programme” provided by the Government of Japan. Head of Zagatala executive power Mubariz Ahmadzadeh, executive director of the Center of Studies, Training and Resource on Community Development Yasin Dadashov and representatives of relevant organizations attended the ceremony. The grant assistance is worth $101,975.
This is the third project implemented in Zagatala within the framework of “Grassroots and Human Security Grant Assistance Programme”. 200-pupil school in Goyem village and Primary Health Care Center in Faldar village were constructed with the support of the Government of Japan.
