ANAS Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law hosts Romanian ambassador to Azerbaijan

A meeting with Romanian ambassador to Azerbaijan, NATO coordinator for Azerbaijan Nicolae Ureche at Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law of Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences (ANAS). Azerbaijan-NATO cooperation, Romania-Azerbaijan relations, current bilateral political, economic and cultural relations were discussed at the meeting, ANAS press service told APA. In his speech, director of the institute Ilham Mammadzadeh said that Azerbaijan had close relations with NATO as well as Romania. He said that his institute had strengthened its international relations and was ready for cooperation with Romanian relevant organizations: â€œWe want to organize the conferences and mutual visits of the scientists jointly with Romanian universities. The cooperation with NATO can be also successful. The scientists of our university write works which will contribute to the solution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, and it can interest NATOâ€. Ureche also spoke about the state of current cooperation, projects conducted until now between Azerbaijan and NATO and promised to make his efforts in order to broaden the scientific cooperation.
