Public Relations Department of the State Migration Service told APA that the appeals were learned and fulfilled according to the national legislation demands.
Relevant measures were taken for prevention of illegal migration and violation of rules of temporary and permanent residence in the Republic of Azerbaijan by foreigners and non-citizens.
The migration service identified 930 cases of violation of administrative legislation by foreigners, 171 of them were fined and their residence in the country was legalized, 685 foreigners were demanded to leave the country within 48 hours in order considered by relevant articles of the Administrative Code and 74 foreigners (total 759) were deported from the country according to the administrative rules. 59 foreigners under 16 were not brought to administrative responsibility.
