The rules will cover all educational centers not depending on their property category and subordination. Principals of the educational centers will be responsible to fulfill this document.
The children receiving pre-school and general education will benefit from free medical services in the local polyclinics. Students of the vocational schools and universities will use the services of polyclinics located in their residential areas.
If the educational center has a medical service, the students of those centers will be provided with free medical services there or in the stationary hospitals on the basis of notification by the local polyclinics.
