Hasanov said that project on relocation of IDPs located in hostels has been prepared, this process would be kicked off as well: “That issue should be solved this year, but it had been delayed because of remittance problem. But there is not any serious problemâ€.
Hasanov noted that all cases had been centralized in his organization: “We receive constant information related to problems faced by refugees, we take appropriate steps in direction of their regulation. We have representatives in all regions. We solve the problems of persons facing the communal problems and difficulties in payment issues. Every month we transfer 100% of payments on gas, electrical energy and other municipal issues. Such problems have been eliminated. Issues related to payments between our municipal organizations have been solved, there is not any dissatisfaction. Officials show carelessness only in some places, and it is being solved immediatelyâ€.
