Commission of Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situation inspects 2973 facilities and finds out some problems

The commission found out that some newly-constructed buildings used as public catering facilities like wedding houses, cafes and restaurants, didnâ€™t submit draft documents to the state examination and were not accepted for the exploitation. They didnâ€™t receive certificates from the relevant organizations for the materials used in the construction of such facilities didnâ€™t meet and created problems.

It was found out that the buildings didnâ€™t meet norms and rules and were not repaired for long time. The managers of the facilities were warned to take immediate measures to solve the problems. Gas and firefighting facilities were also inspected.

The number of one- and four-store public catering facilities has been increased in the capital recently. Such facilities were constructed near the residential buildings, heating systems, water, gas and electric lines security areas and in the roadside areas. Such facilities contradict city-building requirements and constructions rules and norms and can cause unpleasant cases in the future. Regarding the materials sent to the emergency and local executive power organizations, construction work in the facilities breaching law was suspended.
