Azerbaijan and Kuwait to sign memorandum on cooperation in the sphere of youth and sport

The delegation led by Lieutenant General Faisal Musaed Al Jazzaf, Chairman and Director of Kuwaitâ€™s Public Authority for Youth and Sport met with Azerbaijanâ€™s Minister of Youth and Sport Azad Rahimov, APA reports. Azad Rahimov said legislative basis on youth and sport issues was being formed in Azerbaijan and underlined that much was being done in both spheres.
â€œThere are about 170 youth organizations in organizations in Azerbaijan and the ministry is cooperating with each of them. Their projects are financed, joint events are held. Much attention is paid to the exchange programs on the international level,â€ he said.
Azad Rahimov mentioned that LoYAC organization of Kuwait visited Azerbaijan and an agreement on cooperation was signed with Ireli Public Union of Azerbaijan.

Faisal Musaed Al Jazzaf said Azerbaijan and Kuwait had healthy relations. He underlined that relations were being established in the sphere of youth and sport.
â€œKuwait attaches great importance to the youth. Not only the state, but also the people support this process,â€ he said.
He underlined the importance of exchanging experience between Azerbaijan and Kuwait.

Azerbaijan and Kuwait will sign a memorandum on cooperation in the sphere of youth and sport.

Kuwaiti delegation will visit Guba, Gusar, Shaghan Olympic complexes, participate in the opening ceremony of the European Wrestling Championship, meet with the members of a number of youth organizations and visit historical places of Azerbaijan.
