All the built settlements are in the balance of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs,†chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov said, APA reports. He said documents of temporary residence are given to the IDPs.
“Those houses are not given to their property. Only whatever is given to the refugees from Armenia is their property. The IDPs can not give, change, sell the houses given to them by the state. This is forbidden. There are housing departments of the committee in all of these settlements. The State Committee for Refugees and IDPs holds the management,†he said.
