Azerbaijan Ministry of Emergency Situations purchases 12 bomb-disposal systems

According to the minister, 50 MAK transport means and 20 self-dumping vehicles, 50 motor scooters, 10 quadrocycles, 6 excavators, 5 ambulances, one power truck, 12 bomb-disposal systems, 50 ballistic vests and glasses were purchased for maintaining of different agencies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The minister said fundamental resources were spent to the construction of administrative buildings of the Ganja, Northern and Karabakh regional centers, firefighting units of the State Firefighting Service in Salyan, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Astara, Gabala, Gobustan, Agsu regions, in Kangarli, Ordubad, Shahbuz regions of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Diagnosis Center, as well as sport facilities, parking area, laundry, headquarters, check-points of the Civil Defense Troops regiment in Bilajari near Baku.

Residential hotel of the State Firefighting Service alongside with Sumgayit highway was reconstructed again. The reconstruction works are completed in the administrative buildings of the Service, as well as Yevlakh Regional Center, Special Rescue Service base in Binagadhi district of Baku. First phase of construction-installation works was completed in Canja brigade and Gabala, Sangachal and Turkan regiments of the Civil Defense Troops. Five residential hotels were constructed for the Ministryâ€™s Academy.
