Baku – APA. Azay Guliyev, chairman of the Council of State Support for the Nongovernmental Organizations under Azerbaijani President met with Farda Asadov, Executive Director of Open Society Institute-Assistance Foundation, the council’s press service told APA. The sides noted the importance of the joint competition on the development of civil society and other events held in 2009 and considered it expedient to continue the joint activity in 2010. They discussed the issues on involving extra financial sources for supporting the joint projects.
The working groups on the cooperation between the two organizations were told to prepare the proposals on joint activity and present for discussion.
