The presentation of the Main Investigation Department of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan regarding Ruben Vardanyan, who worked as the so-called "state minister of the republic of Nagorno-Garabagh", was reviewed at the Sabail District Court, APA reports.
The presentation was ensured in the process chaired by judge Ulviyya Shukurova.
The Court has sentenced Ruben Vardayan to 4 months of preventive detention.
Note that Ruben Vardanyan was detained at the Lachin border checkpoint yesterday.
Grounded suspicions have been established that Vardanyan Ruben Karlenovich, born in 1968, who is currently a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, committed the criminal acts stipulated by Articles 214-1, 279.3, and 318.1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
