Pre-election campaign for snap parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan to begin on August 9

The date of starting pre-election campaign regarding extraordinary parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan has been revealed, APA reports.

This was reflected in the "Calendar Plan of Main Actions and Measures for the Preparation and Conduct of Extraordinary Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan".

Registered candidates, political parties whose candidates have been registered, blocs of political parties, authorized representatives shall start pre-election campaign 23 days before the voting day and stop it 24 hours before the start of voting.

Pre-election campaign in snap parliamentary elections will start on August 9, and the pre-election campaign will be stopped on August 31 at 8:00.
