The sale, import, and export of combat-purpose military equipment and weapons are excluded from the list of items prohibited for civil circulation, this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the law on the list of items forbidden from civil circulation (excluded from civil circulation), which was included in the agenda of today's meeting of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), APA reports.
At the same time, the sale, import, and export of ammunition is removed from the list of items that are not allowed to be in civil circulation.
The draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
